Hey all. I have made it through the 70+ miles of day one. The terrain wasn't bad but the wind was brutal. Hopefully tomorrow will be better. We are now in Spencer staying at the fair grounds. I actually showered in a cattle barn with about 30 other women. The worst was when the planes were flying over head.
Tomorrow should bring on more excitement!!!
Kids say the darndest things....
We just purchased our brand new gerbils! A white gerbil named Minnie P and a black gerbil named dark chocolate. Max was so excited until a thought suddenly came to him. "How are we going to tell them apart?"
