Sunday was a great day. Happy Father's Day to Ron, my dad, and Jerry. Not only was it Father's Day, though, it was the Hy-Vee triathlon. Ron participated in it this year and his overall time was amazing!! A 1 mile swim started off the race, followed by a 24.5 mile bike ride, and ending with a 6.2 mile run. WAY TO GO RON, for finishing in 3 hours even!!!!!! That is 15 minutes better than his best time!!!
The boys, Dad, and I all met Ron down at the triathlon after it was done. They had some fun activities for the kids and we all enjoyed some good food and sunshine.
I have also been riding my bike. 75 miles in the past couple of weeks.
