I was at Wal-Mart last night and struck up a conversation with an employee. Conversations with Wal-Mart employees can be quite interesting, and this was no exception. The conversation started out with a talk about the weather and how chilly and rainy it has been. I mentioned that the seasons seem to happen earlier in the year. Extremely hot in July instead of August. Rainy and colder in September instead of October. She proceeded to tell me her theory on why this is occuring. Something about us landing on the moon and pushing the moon out of orbit enough to change our seasons. I can't say I followed her theory very well, but it is something to think about.
Thanks, Nancy! It was almost as memorable as the time I stepped in baby poop in the middle of aisle 7.
